One of the single varietal wines from Quantum, "Mr. Baumann" is 100% Portugieser. If you aren't familiar with this varietal, we apologize in advance because this wine will spoil you forever. If you're like us, you'll fall in love with the cascading layers of dark fruit, savory herbs and bright acidity. The problem? Baumann is quite simply one of the best portugiesers we've ever had so there's nowhere else to go but downhill. Sorry not sorry!
